20 April 2023 – Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN), a global leader in personal protection safety solutions, today announces the completion of the sale of its Russian business to Perspectiva CJSC, having obtained all the necessary regulatory approvals and received cash proceeds. The consideration is not material to Ansell’s financial position.

The business sold included the manufacturing plant in Tula, Russia. The sale did not include any of Ansell’s brands or trademarks.
