Rob Hughes

Senior Vice President, Kimtech™ and KleenGuard™ Business Unit

Rob joined Ansell in 2024 as part of the Kimberly-Clark Professional PPE business acquisition. He has nearly 27 years of experience working in general management, finance, strategy, and innovation. Prior to managing the PPE Business, Rob held several senior leadership positions at Kimberly-Clark including VP of Global Innovation and K-C Professional VP and Division CFO.

Rob began his career at Procter & Gamble and also has experience in new venture creation – having founded a financial software company prior to Kimberly-Clark. Rob holds a BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
