Charlotte Doll
Chief Human Resources Officer
Charlotte Doll was appointed to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer in August 2024. Charlotte has nearly two decades of international HR leadership experience. She spent 14 years with GE HealthCare, a leading global medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and digital solutions innovator. There she held numerous global HR roles of increasing responsibility, covering large scale business units as well as regional and functional accountabilities. Most recently, based in London, Charlotte led HR for Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. This region comprised $4B in revenue and 15,000 employees located across 50+ countries. Charlotte spent the first several years of her career in manufacturing at Cargill, a food, ingredients, agricultural solutions, and industrial products company. Purpose and people driven, Charlotte has extensive experience in delivering business results through the intersection of strategy, culture, and talent. Charlotte earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
