Our tiny pod is packed full of data-gathering power. Weighing only 17 grams and the size of a match box, the Inteliforz™ pod works hard so you don't have to. Leveraging a built-in 3D accelerometer, 3D gyroscope and a 3D magnetometer, it captures all wrist movement types, including supination, pronation and abduction. It also measures the temperature and humidity of its working environment. The pod can be used for data collection, and also behavioral intervention - it buzzes (haptic alert) when an unsafe movement pattern is detected in real time, thereby reminding workers of proper techniques and to take rest breaks.

Software that's easy to use

Powerful and intuitive, the Inteliforz™ Motion software dashboard crunches thousands of movements captured by the pod in every worker shift. It analyses each individual worker's movement patterns and leverages software created by world-leading workplace ergonomists to identify workers most at risk of developing RSIs. In one simple dashboard, you can view your entire workforce's Strain Index. Safety managers can also conﬁgure the pods' haptic alert ability to remind workers of proper technique and to take stretch breaks. Available on both mobile and web dashboard, safety managers and workers can easily access data simply by logging into the platform.

A neat and tidy addition to every workplace

Available in 16-pod dock and 100-pod charging tower varieties, this piece of equipment is handy when it comes to storing pods when they are not being used and re-charging each pod. With an accompanying tablet system, workers can sign in and immediately identify their pod when returning to shift.

Hardware that's not hard to wear

A hand wrap, available in 3 sizes, contours to the shape of the wearer's hand and wrist and neatly houses the Inteliforz™ pod, positioned at the back of the hand. The hand wrap is machine-washable and durable, and can be worn under or above gloves, providing curated user comfort.

Day in the life: Motion in the workplace

Arrive at work and head to your dedicated job location.

At the Inteliforz™ charging tower, pick up a hand wrap. Type your name on the tablet and pick up your assigned Inteliforz™ pod.

Insert the Inteliforz™ pod into the pocket on the hand wrap. Wear the hand wrap over or under your protective glove while working.

Continue wearing the pod and hand wrap until the end of your shift. The pod captures behaviors that may put you at risk for injury and, if programmed, will buzz when detecting unsafe hand motions.

At the end of your shift, return the pod to the Inteliforz™ charging tower. Place the pod in the same charging port as where it was picked up, and leave your hand wrap behind in the designated drop-off location.

Movement data is uploaded to the cloud. Next, the raw data is measured through the lens of a unique AI model which calculates risk factors.

Insights are then delivered via the app, helping workers & managers understand risk on an individual level. Over time, our goal is to help you alleviate risky behaviors before they turn into hand & wrist disorders.

MEASURING INJURY RISK USING STRAIN INDEX

Musculoskelatal disorders (MSDs) affect workers across disciplines, but particularly those conducting repetitive tasks. One ergonomic tool for assessing this risk is Strain Index. Strain Index is used to evaluate a job's level of risk for developing a disorder of the hand, wrist, forearm, or elbow. Inteliforz™ Motion uses the pod and software to transform raw data into motion, posture and duration measurements to produce insights. When workers wear the Motion pod, safety managers will be able to assess Strain Index after every shift.
