Amanda Manzoni

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Effective June 5, 2019, Amanda was appointed to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and is based in Brussels. Amanda began her career as a graduate in HR at Shell. She worked globally with Shell for 28 years in a variety of HR, Change and Transformation roles, most recently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Shell’s retail business globally. Amanda has experience working in a variety of business sectors, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing and Retail. Her expertise is in HR strategy, leadership development, executive coaching, and change management. Amanda was born in the UK and studied Sociology and Psychology at Southampton University.
