1 May 2015 – Melbourne, Australia - Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN) today announced that the settlement of its purchase of Microgard Ltd. has been completed.

This GBP 59 M (approximately US $91M) acquisition was previously announced on 31 March, 2015.
