Ansell Announces Departure Of CFO, Rustom Jilla

Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN), a global leader in protection solutions, announces the resignation of the Chief Financial Officer, Rustom Jilla.

Mr Jilla, who joined Ansell in 2002, will leave to take up another opportunity and a transition schedule will be confirmed in the coming weeks. A global search has been initiated for a successor. In the interim, the current head of Finance and Business Development for Ansell’s Industrial GBU, Francois Le Jeune, will act as CFO.

Ansell’s CEO, Magnus Nicolin commented that “Rustom has been a terrific leader and has guided Ansell through many challenges and to many successes over the last 11 years. I have greatly appreciated Rustom’s support over the last 3 years, and we all wish him well in his next endeavour.”
