UPDATED DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN (DRP) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

12 August, 2019 – Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN), a global leader in safety solutions, today advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10.8, the Board has approved changes to the terms and conditions of DRP, effective from 12 August 2019.

The terms and conditions of the DRP have been revised to align the DRP with current market best practice and to update terminology.
