2 July 2024 – Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN) confirms that earlier this morning Australian Eastern Standard Time (being 1 July 2024 United States Eastern Daylight Time) it completed the acquisition of 100% of the assets that constitute Kimberly-Clark’s Personal Protective Equipment business from Kimberly-Clark Corporation, which was announced to the market on 8 April 2024.
