21 May 2024 – Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN, Ansell or the Company) refers to its announcement on 8 April 2024 detailing the proposed acquisition of Kimberly-Clark Corporation's Personal Protective Equipment business.

Ansell is pleased to advise that all required notifications to competition authorities and regulators have been made and applicable review periods have now concluded or expired without objection. Completion of the acquisition is targeted to occur on 1 July 2024 (United States Eastern Daylight Time) subject to customary closing conditions.
