Ansell Limited (ASX Code: ANN)
Notification under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
Ansell Limited ACN 004 085 330 (Ansell) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Corporations Act) that:
- Ansell has today issued 17,817,372 new fully paid ordinary shares under the placement announced on 8 April 2024 (Placement Shares) without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. The Placement Shares were issued at an issue price of A$22.45 per Placement Share.
- As at the date of this notice, Ansell confirms:
- (a) it has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Ansell;
- (b) it has complied with sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and
- (c) there is no "excluded information" within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be set out in this notice.
This release has been authorised by the Board of Directors of Ansell.
