Ansell Cyberjaya kicked off 2021 with thrilling success when its Human Resources team were recognized with top awards at the recent HR Excellence Awards program. Organized by Human Resources Online, the HR Excellence Awards honors best-in-class HR teams and individuals for their spectacular work executed across the entire HR function. 

Competing with topmost companies like British American Tobacco (BAT), AVON, Pfizer Malaysia, The Nielsen Company, and many more, Ansell Cyberjaya HR team landed a gold award for Excellence in Women Empowerment strategy and a silver award for Excellence in Work-Life Integration.

HR Excellence Awards Judging Criteria

Judged by top HR leaders in Asia, winners were selected based on how an organization consciously built a safe working space that enables female empowerment, the promotion of women to key management positions, and creating room for flexibility to accommodate women's needs. How an organization commits to raising the quality of life and professional excellence key to a healthy and engaged workforce that boosts business results was also a consideration.

A diverse platform and positive environment have seen Ansell Cyberjaya's efforts in understanding what motivates our employee's workforce and design women empowerment and work-life integration strategies that meet the needs of employees throughout the organization. Through initiatives such as Women's Leadership Forum, Gender Dynamics Training, International Women's Day, COVID-19 precautionary actions, Ansell Cyberjaya stood out against top competing companies.
