15 September 2022 - Ansell, expert in chemical personal protective equipment (PPE) manufacturing and Chemwatch, professional in chemicals management and safety data sheet (SDS) authoring, are announcing their global partnership today.

Ansell and Chemwatch will work to raise awareness on the risk and consequences of exposure to hazardous chemicals. The partnership focuses on leveraging and sharing mutual chemical safety advice.

The extensive Chemwatch SDS database is now available to support the AnsellGUARDIAN® Chemical Technical Expert team, by further enriching their World Class capabilities in recommending appropriate PPE for customers specific hazards and related safe needs. The wealth of chemical information accessible through Chemwatch SDS, including on complex substances mixtures will ensure the best possible advice for AnsellGUARDIAN® customers around the world.

In turn, Chemwatch, who is already providing SDS creation services to their customers and containing over 120 million SDS in their database, will now offer enhanced chemical PPE recommendations powered by AnsellGUARDIAN® Chemical. SDSs provided by Chemwatch will feature recommendations on appropriate Ansell PPE - with specific PPE product solutions included in Section 8: Exposure controls and personal protection for Chemwatch-authored SDSs
