We have implemented due diligence activities, including direct supplier screenings and assessments, to mitigate the risks of child labour and forced labour in industries identified as high-risk. Ansell is dedicated to fostering decent work by ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and a maximum 60-hour workweek for over 60% of our global production workforce.
